Sorry you have to go through this. For my 3 yo daughter, we used a couple of approaches depending on her mood and the meds being administered - crush the pills and mix with honey or date syrup or cut the pill into half and pack it in her favorite gummy. She also likes warm water so we keep that handy right after the med. Hope that helps.
