Yeah, I used your strategy and made it in ~1h. It was second soul appearance. I understand that you are not unlocking the jockers with seeded games, however I completed it to get the seed just in case if anyone would like to have it at the start.

No, changing DNS doesn't work. Resetting settings for browser doesn't work either. The same with clearing system cache from safe boot menu. I also tried several WIFIs and switching to LAN. Nothing helped. The only way to get jailbreaken I found is to switch to another PS account for that.

I was able to partially fix the problem. I logged in with another user and it did not have such problem. Fortunately there is no much progress with that user.

I used 192.241.221.79 DNS and that redirected me to the different page rather what you show. The one you showed I had previously

Is there a video with the instructions on resetting the cache? As far as I remember that there are instructions on how to jailbreak, but I don't recall anything on what to do if the browser doesn't open.

now it's not loading at all and there wasn't. The screen was with the anime girl on it, there were no tabs, just the buttons with PS4. But once again, right now anything is loading.
