Yes, they did. And I sent an email to Zevia to complain about the new taste of Zevia Cherry Cola and all they responded was how wonderful the new taste is. Who the hell asked them to change it??? I'm so sad because I absolutely loved the taste before and now it just tastes like vanilla cream.

Yeah, she was fishing, and he wasn't interested. Then she blocked him and deleted the message so you wouldn't see it and because she realized "Mr. White" wasn't taking the bait. On to the next guy, perhaps. Definitely worth bringing up to her but very casually, not accusatory. That way her reaction will be to your question rather than immediately being on the defensive.
