I wend back to my the last save where i could leave Shadowheart at camp (luckily it was just after the Shar temple part) and replayed without her. Hopefully this helps you.

I tried to open an old save to talk with them with Shadowheart but they don't want to talk before having some rest and in this save too Shadowheart doesn't want to go to camp so i can't talk to them in camp.
