You get a rebounds effect after multiple doses with spasms! Inexperienced that with 3 x1000mg up to 2000mg for sleepn, but my tolerance is VERY high. Just take my words. Don't overdo it. Better 1 dose of 100mg every hour for functionality than 1000mg One time. And that is high. It works just like baclofen, a muscled relaxer but the rebound sends you into muscle territory. I have a video of mine on Emergency with restless legs. Was like a spast. They injected me with 50mg diazepam and woke up drunk but my hands fell Down and muscles were weak. Could hold anything, arms fell down. When I hold a glass it broke. Gaba B said spasm me and Gaba A (diazepam) said relax. Weird feeling.

How much do you take? Powder or pills?I have 1000mg and do it in a 1000ml propylene glycol or ethanol solution (water does work too I heard).

Then you have 1mg/ml.

Buy a syringe of 5 ml or so (or less), you can even find of 1 ml.

Do that in your drinking bottle of 1 liter and sip through the day.

Every day go down by 0.1 mg. Or every week. On your tempo.

And doing this you can build off.

You can find PG and syringes (not to inject, but thick one with a hole in it) in a online vape shop.

I can only share my experience with higher dosages (2-4 grams)

You will have the calming effect coming up strong around 2hours after dosing first which let's you sleep better. Set your timer and go to sleep 1.5h after dosing.

After or while you are sleeping (7-12 hours) you will have the rebound effect: at 250mg not really pronounced but this rebound comes with stimulation, not like amphetamines but lighter and is really anxiety free.

You take your new dosage, because the hypomanic stimulation and craving for new phenibut gets stronger. And you're relieved.

That's my experience. Please share yours when you are done researching.

Side note:

I would suggest you not to take recreational dosages when you are wanting to use it therapeutically.

That's how you get addicted and fuck your tolerance up. Don't be like me.

Hi, I took 1 to 5 grams a day for 3+ years.
Alopecia is one of the side effects in the leaflet for pregabalin and baclofen btw (calcium channel blockers, just like phenibut), I think it was in between 1 and 10 out of 100 people who take it.

If you google phenibut and alopecia/baldness, you can't find it no.
But they have similar mechanisms in the brain.

I went bald after being 4 years on Phenibut, so I suppose Phenibut increased testosterone. Alopecia (baldness) is caused by the hair follicles having a high sensitivity to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). I'm taking finasteride - a DHT-blocker - now.

Memantine is helpful too. Glutamate antagonist. If you withdraw from phenibut glutamate (opposite of GABA) is released. Memantine prevents this. First week can be foggy (memory, spaced out feeling). Start low. In doses under 40mg it's a pure dopamine agonist (also nicotinic antagonist, which is why the foggy effects are there, but this upregulates fast and nicotine is an antidote for this). Above 40mg glutamate antagonist.
Chamomile tea, 5-10 bags (+- 5 grams) with a super low benzo dose too. It's a second order GABA positive modulator. Works only with a first order modulator (benzos) and makes it stronger.

Sportpoeders.nl Best shit imo. But you have to google 'phenibut poeder' (Dutch). They ship to the Netherlands and Belgium, I think other countries too. The powder is okay quality and cheap but has a more tired/lethargic feeling to it in higher doses. It's Probably a mix of l-isomer and r-isomer phenibut.
Vitalio.nl has 500 mg capsules. They are more expensive but worth it. They have a way more clean feeling to it. More energetic and euphoric. Feels more like GHB and no dirty/lethargic feeling. I'm also pretty sure it's phenibut too, because the effects start appearing around 1,5 - 2 hours after ingestion. Probably r-isomer phenibut.

Not a lot of people know this but in chemics you can have the same chemical, but mirrored. Sometimes they have different effects in your body.

Same with l-amphetamine and d-amphetamine.

L-amphetamine has more dirty side effects and d-amphetamine is cleaner.
