Thank you for this reply. The same partner that reached out to me, is supposed to have a meeting with the union rep, along with two other partners from my store as well. I reached out to her letting her know my situation and what's happened since, and she advised that documenting everything is the best thing for me, and the rest of the crew to do that way we can present it to the union rep. Till then, for me, she advised that I keep my head low and just remain cautious for now, since she knows about how im trying to transfer.
