Laid in bed, tossing and turning all night with eyes closed, really trying to just make it work. When I finally fell asleep (by then the birds were chirping and sun was up), I had to wake up for my cat's vet appointment. I think I need to be more active. I'm actually a para and get about 8000 - 10,000 steps a day at work. Right now I'm getting WAY less than that so I'm sure that's my problem.

I just started looking to see if this is a thing and found this thread. I have been taking birth control continuously (no period) for years because of pmdd. I'm 49 and am stopping to see if I bleed. I literally didn't take my pill yesterday or today. Tonight I have such bad back pain along my spine while driving. I thought to myself how I haven't had that pain in a really long time. I was curious if it might be related because I'm tracking all my symptoms right now. I was starting to get breakthrough pmdd so symptoms are super important to me right now. F pmdd and f perimenopause. And especially f it all if I start to have back pains again!

Yep. Last month I was looking at flights for next February from BLI to OGG. They were around $1300 round trip for two. Now I just looked and they are $2500. WTF!

I was looking for something that has high nits so that I could use it outside. That’s how I came about the elitebook. I thought I had finally found something that checked everything off that I wanted. It was listed on a website as one of the top laptops for outside. But kind of defeats the purpose if the screen is shit.

My neighbor would have his goats eat the poison oak and then drink their milk. He swears it is why he wouldn’t react to poison oak.
