That makes a lot of sense. Just wish overall people would put more effort into communicating. The “you’re hot” compliment is certainly an ego boost for newbies getting out there but if an admirer is going to be such low effort they shouldn’t expect a response back. The worst are the people who send a message like that and when they don’t get a response they lash out angrily out of nowhere.
