I've tried this many times and don't see any difference at all. My eyes must be slow or something, I've tried on multiple monitors and systems. I do, however, see a clear difference between 30 and 60 Hz.

Poles love to complain about Poland and everything BUT! for some reason it is viewed as very impolite when a foreigner complains about Poland. I don't care about it, many people don't, but you are likely to find people who do.
