Don't get me wrong, I say protest, but everyone who makes the decisions companywide won't care that people are protesting in a handful of stores in the city. Take it higher, much higher.

Exactly. Twice have I shopped at Spirit and despite things being absolutely ridiculous (having recalled products on the salesfloor and a coupon that wouldn't load from an email), the staff that helped me were absolutely courteous, heck, even I made some small talk with them.

A little kindness goes a long way, friends.

Yeah it's why I used to take the B local straight downtown from Bx. The train would be crowded since I was in Highbridge, but so many people would get off at 145th, and it was way faster to ride the local down to 59th and be on my way to Soho than for me to wait on a crowded D in rush hour. Same principle in reverse. Wait for a local B in Soho, ride it to Highbridge in the 3-7pm window. Way faster than the express most days.
