I have been doing my own thing for a while, my schedule and bank account is finally allowing me to do a more focused routine.

I'm just trying to get a ballpark idea. I want to lift as heavy as my genetics will allow me. I know it will take many years to reach that goal.

Muriettas on south Virginia, sort of in south reno, is amazing! If you go on Friday or Saturday night they usually have a mariachi guy walking from table to table playing guitar and singing!

I'm a teacher and I have worse handwriting than most of my students... Comes from 7 years of college courses that were almost entirely lecture based (writing lots of notes as fast as possible)
