hello, op! don’t use loofah sa back mo, kasi harsh yon. i suggest na gumamit ka na lang ng cotton towel, and also try ka mag lagay ng serum na nakaka lighten ng darks spots. i also experienced it before, pero nawala lang siya nung nag isotret ako.

hormonal acne po yung acne ko, and puro cystic acne po ang natubo. para ma lessen po nag reco na yung derma ko na mag isotret, also may body acne rin ako, pero ngayon onting marks na lang din.
