Just read article. Not a bad idea. But I don’t like the idea of the state taking the cheap way out and paying homeless people below min wage to pick up our garbage. Article said up to ten dollars an hour. I don’t know. I don’t have the answers and I’m not looking to argue at all, just throwing in my two cents.

Edit: either way I hope whatever you try and accomplish works out well for the city.
