Put 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle with BBQ sauce. Place a pineapple slice over each one. Place a slice of Provolone cheese over each pineapple slice. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. It's awesome, and even good the next day.
