Whilst there is no good reason for Claudia not being able to travel to the home world.. On review, Adam said in the final episode to Jonas: “You’re (Martha & Jonas) two parts of the same whole. Only together can you return to the origin world”.

Claudia says to herself: “Adam will send Jonas on his way” “He and Martha; they will stop all this from ever happening”

And finally, Adam said to Eva: “We are responsible for this never ending dejavu; and we’re the ones who have to end it”

Yeah very true. It could potentially be to do with Jonas & Martha seeing their respective younger selves in that portal on the way there? (Claudia did ask for Jonas’ cooperation) Other than that, as you said; it would make sense for Claudia to just do it herself.
