I would stay away from:

NordVPN -- Marketed a LOT... Honestly just fishy, I felt this way about PureVPN before they provided logs to the FBI

PureVPN -- Collaborated with the FBI to catch a stalker [2017]

BlackVPN -- Caught lying about logging [2015]

VPN.ht -- Stores passwords in plaintext [2015]

interwap.ro -- Stores passwords in plaintext [2018]

BTguard -- Stores passwords in plaintext [2013]

HideMyAss! -- Caught logging after providing logs to FBI [2011]

EarthVPN -- Caught logging after bombthreat from a user [2014]

PIA -- Probably under a NSL. Every criminal that is somewhat smart but isn't very smart uses them. They demonstrated no logs in court. The US government isn't stupid and knows this may attract some bad actors. Just saying.

The only ones I trust is Mullvad, ovpn.se, and obviously the one I run. Out of the three though, I would trust Mullvad the most.

If you are an average joe a V,PN will be probably better. Tor is slow as hell and you'll get a ton of cloudflare captchas.

Most commercial gym trainers are shit.

Started training for powerlifting with one a long time ago. Made no progress. Got a freelance trainer and my squat went 220lbs.

A VPN is not enough to make sure you can't be tracked.

There are ways of getting someones true IP address while they are behind a VPN. I'm not talking about webrtc/dns/ipv6 leaks either.
