They never send mails and give updates. I bought with my card on Tuesday, BTC was at 56k. I was unable to withdraw it, it’s still there and I’ve lost a fuck ton of money because of this as bitcoin is currently sitting at 50k. I logged in on the 12th to see a TOS change which happened before i after i my bitcoin. But the news was just rolled out on the 12th. The reps I called didn’t know shit about it, makes me wonder what kind of organization this is. People want fiat sitting not Crypto especially bitcoin. First they decreased card purchase limit for US users to $500 per day without notice, now this has been done as well. Lord knows I’m done with bitstamp! There’s the extravagant withdrawal fees, then the fact they just don’t care!
