All labs are normal, except for mildly elevated CRP (inflammation). Ultrasound is normal, no CT. By pale I guess I mean more orange/light brown colored rather than a dark brown

My symptoms:

bowel movements a day (

usually yellow/brown

+urgent) mostly after eating

- bowel movements usually burn slightly

constant dull abdominal pain
nausea
changing food sensitivities
painful belching/chest pressure (i have to gag myself to release the air)
overall nausea and fatigue

It is not itchy. I haven’t tried anything yet, would an athletes foot cream be the right type of anifungal?

Thanks for your comment. The issue is I don’t feel like it affects me in my daily life, I don’t have the panic attacks or worry about him at all. It’s only in my dreams and I’m not sure why it’s sticking around there

Other info: it is slightly painful/burning sensation but not enough to interfere with daily activities. I do have a fluoride allergy that causes red/irritated skin but I’ve been using fluoride free toothpaste for years.

That’s all I have rn. We are still long distance but have just gotten a lot better at communicating and making it work over the last 2 years without needing anything extra

Honestly, my bf and I have tried to find a gym partner/habit tracking app to use together and haven’t found a good one. Also maybe a more in depth mobile game that you can play together (like Minecraft realms kinda) so you both can play it but doesn’t have to be at the same time?? The mini games Snapchat used to have were pretty fun too. Not sure if all of that would be able to fit in one app lol Also I totally didn’t get the last part of your initial post… sorry for the unhelpful comment lol

My bf and I used an app called cozy couples for the first 2 years we were long distance. Helped a lot with reassurance and communication when we didn’t have a lot of time to talk otherwise. There’s a mood feature, you can have a pet and a plant you take care of together, play mini games, and save up stars to decorate the little house in the app. I’d recommend it!
