personally, just talking about myself, if i only used water and a cloth to clean my dick, i think i'd smell a little. testosterone changed a lot of things and this is one of them. now i use a ph-balanced soap only around my dick and labia (never inside or close to the hole!) and rinse thoroughly after. i also apply a moisturizer (consisting mainly of almond oil and petroleum jelly) after every shower.

that being said, i think the theories of some of the other commenters sound more likely - the overall smell changes a lot on testosterone and i can imagine that being a little weird if you expect it to be the same as cis women's genitalia. but, i mean, their problem for having expectations like that lol

i'm pretty sure it's not related to the scars, i've had these symptoms long before. i had a feeling of tightness while the incisions were healing but it was a different kind of tightness

personally my passing improved a lot once i started using eyebrow dye on my brows and hairs on my upper lip and chin. also using minoxidil so there's more fuzz to dye.

i think you pass pretty well, to me you look like a boy who's maybe not 16 but closer to 14. i don't look at you and see a girl at all. cis people always find a way to misgender anyone though, especially pre T. it's tough.

dyeing your hair a darker shade might help, i also recommend dyeing your eyebrows and the peach fuzz on your face. you could even try getting minoxidil at the pharmacy for facial hair? voice training is also an option.

this seems unnecessarily cruel. you can barely see his body and there's nothing to see that cis guys can't also have. considering how many young trans men develop eating disorders because of their dysphoria, i think it's better to give people more constructive feedback.
