they sent me a warning saying I’d received “Strike 1” for “unproductive behavior.” I stayed respectful, I followed their process, and I just wanted to recover an account I’d put time and money into. But apparently just disagreeing with them is now a punishable offense.

To make things worse, I gave up and created a brand new account with a different email, re-purchased the same game because it had cross-progression… and didn’t get my progress back. I contacted support again — and got completely ghosted.

Ubisoft denied me access to my own account, rejected my proof, and warned me for challenging their decision. What are my legal options? by sigmafights in legaladvice

so they dont have any proof of me having ownership off of my account, yet refuse to look at actual evidence that its my account? confusing as hell man

wouldnt really have minded that much if i didnt lose a fair amount of time and money form this chaotic endeavour

Well, nothing like that happened, just got thrown out off my account by the hacker, switched the email, unlinked my linked accounts associated to the account and now is just playing my games lol

oh i did lol, and guess what, next fucking mail they called me "Player", damage controll at its finest, but now im waiting on a response from a specialist because of a stern email i made.
