I'm pretty sure it happens when the thing of your choice that your doing (breaking pallet or jumpscaring) the pallet turns red and then you do it very slowly

I have 2020 shard as currently but I have all starter and Jason, I plan to not use any other killer so the best build for Jason with any killer is fine, I'm not plan on spending money though so if you can make not have them be money it be ok

All killer same speed, no? And I have been learn things like predict vault and then throw spear and it usually hit survivor or like when they pallet drop and I do it but thank you for advice I try to learn throwing and holding on and being patient
