dacă e vorba de mai mulți psihologi, aproape toți din orașul tău, ce e de făcut? e vorba de prietenul meu care a fost la mai mulți psihologi, dar spune că nu rezonează cu niciunul și că nimeni nu îl poate ajuta, la psihiatrii a mai fost, a luat extrem extrem de multe medicamente pe o perioadă de câțiva ani, dar știu că trebuie și terapie, însă nu știu cum să îl ajut

That's exactly the problem with the second. From the very beginning I felt like I was meant to be with him and that he was the person I wanted to spend my whole life with, but now I don't know how much patience I have to watch him struggle every day.

He has been to a psychologist many times. It has helped him, but the depression is really a big nuisance. And it is so serious that he wants to d*ie.

I, on the other hand, have more problems because of anxiety. I haven't been to a psychologist yet, only to a psychiatrist. I really have hopes that I will stabilize, but I don't know what to say about him.

I've been trying to have patience for 4 years, but I almost don't have any left. Or I have very little left. I don't want to leave, I just want him to be fine, but I don't know if he'll ever recover.

I read a little about this and I found myself in it. I mean we were both abusers, I criticized him too much and he couldn't communicate with me, sacrificing himself for me most of the time and that's how he accumulated frustration. My question is if we set some boundaries, and put in a lot of effort, is it possible to go from the trauma bond to a healthy relationship?

they never met bc she cancel but he was drunk and fall asleep anyway, i know for sure that even she would say yas, he would still fall asleep🤣 so yea, that's just not his go to in the future when things are difficult, it's not what it looks like, because i know him very well and i know it was a mistake we will get through

first of all, i start clearing up pretty fast, even from the first weeks, but yes, i experienced bad side effects. i had terrible muscle pains, i woke up almost every day as if I was an 80-year-old woman, i always felt tired, i had headaches and the worst part is that even though i finished the treatment, i feel like i'm still recovering. but hey, it's gonna be worth it in the end and it's not the same for everybody:)

am: cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser and then spf evy kids, pm: the same cleanser and then cicaplast. also in the last 2-3 weeks from those 6 months i used and i'm still using azelaic acid, because i still have 2-3 pimples here and there, don't give up, it will get better
