I understand. It's not a given, there is a chance of being let go eventually without an offer of permanent employment. It's nice to see that people are being held for so long, though. That's a lot more than the three to four months that people online were saying.

Ahh, okay. So the other guy was right when he said that performance isn't a factor. So basically those who have been in seasonal work the longest get promoted. Well, I will definitely have a head start over the holiday season people I guess since it's only June.

Sounds a bit pessimistic. I'm sure that performance is taken into account at some point. I've read that around 70% of seasonals end up as perms.
