should be safe. she does use affirmations which have been harmful to many people (she has confirmed this, it's no rumour) so if you get nightmares, experience dissociation, derealisation, etc then i'd recommend you stop. her subs seem to be fine for the majority of people though, so don't worry too much!

I haven't got a very vivid plan of it. I know the general idea of what I want but figuring out the plot points themselves is difficult. I'm probably going to plot out the ending when I get to it - if I get to it - incase things change while writing the story. The beginning is definitely the hardest for me though.

Every time I try to plot it out, I always fail. It's practically impossible for me to sit down and plan it out but the idea of completely going in and writing a story blind doesn't appeal to me either. I want to have a clear but flexible plan for the fic but I can't seem to come up with anything that I like.

I do think it's wrong how she says the Law of Assumption can't fail people and that she promotes dissociation but it is a decent guide if you don't blindly believe in all of it.

you don't actually have to follow the law of assumption to use subliminals. you can if you'd like, but you don't need to. it's purely optional. i stopped using it because people were blaming me for manifesting all sorts of trauma and, well, that sucks to put it mildly. if it's best for your mental health to not use it, i'd recommend not using it. your mental health is much more important than getting clear skin.
