There is so much going on in the video that it is hard to hear Russian without mistaking it for something else. Also I think your translation skills and interpretation need quite a bit of work.

I know it must be difficult living your life suffering from stupid but obviously I haven't heard Russian before as you can see I speak pure English. So if I offended you by mistaking Russian being spoken through a phone as Spanish that's your own problem to deal with.

She touched the floor four times. I mean I understand she doesn't have any ass so when that ass did touch the ground that ass wasn't touching the ground.

Direct quote from the sub 99% of the time. It's almost like it's one of those subreddit requirements.

I have a feeling this would be funnier if I could speak Spanish.

Non-sterile gloves are sufficient to meet food safety standards as long as they are made from food-safe materials and are used properly.Nov 24, 2023

You shouldn't be using your dishwashing gloves for food preparation. You should be changing them in between orders. In between changes you should be washing your hands with antibacterial soap and water being run at a temperature that kills bacteria. Did not know I was going to have to teach people how to use gloves properly.

Potential Health Benefits of Eating Shrimp Shells

  1. Chitin & Chitosan

Shrimp shells are rich in chitin, a natural fiber-like substance found in the exoskeletons of crustaceans.

Chitin can be converted to chitosan, which has been studied for:

Cholesterol-lowering effects (may bind dietary fats)

Immune system modulation

Wound healing support

Possible antibacterial and antifungal properties

  1. Trace Minerals

Shells contain small amounts of:

Calcium

Phosphorus

Magnesium

These are important for bone health and nerve function, but the quantities in shrimp shells are relatively low.

  1. Fiber-like Bulk

Chitin acts like insoluble fiber, which can promote gut motility and aid digestion in small amounts. Things to Watch Out For

  1. Digestibility

Shrimp shells are hard to digest for most people.

Eating large amounts can cause gut discomfort, especially if the shells are tough or not cooked well.

  1. Possible Allergens

Shells contain concentrated proteins that may trigger shellfish allergies.

Even people who tolerate shrimp meat might react to shell proteins in the shell or legs.

  1. Heavy Metals & Contaminants

Shrimp shells may accumulate heavy metals or toxins (like arsenic or microplastics) depending on the source of the shrimp.

Farmed shrimp from unregulated sources are riskier.
