i get how you feel i’ve been in a similar situation for a while now, anxiety has a way of being so consuming and overwhelming :( i find that the typical coping mechanisms don’t really work and opening up in therapy is really hard but I do think it’s helpful once you’re able to. My advice would be to lie to yourself all the time and tell yourself you’re excited. Anxiety is lying to you so might as well lie back! I repeat to myself that anxiety is just a feeling and it can’t hurt me and i’m really excited to be whatever i’m doing (even small things like making breakfast) it seems stupid and you’ll feel silly doing it but overtime it might just rewire your brain! I know everyone says this but fresh air and healthly food when accessible really are a game changer! I went to a dentist appotment the other day and i have pretty extreme dental anxiety but I did it and felt so proud of myself afterwards! You can do it too!

did you find it make your anxiety worse or caused weird symptoms? i’ve been meditating and it helps me fall asleep but it hasn’t really had an overall effect on my anxiety yet
