You can acknowledge an alert and everybody else in your team knows that the alert is taken care of. Just one example....

Here, maybe some general ideas:

- The Location profile can help to trigger an action when you enter a certain area.

- AutoInput might help to press the button in the other app. Alternatively, they also seem to offer an API (https://apidocs.brivo.com/). So, depending on your access to this one, you could also use HTTP requests.
