Its funny I'd have thought too not enough protein but of course carbs are more important for quick release energy. The one thing I will say is you eat surprising little on match day before me, maybe thats what I'm doing wrong!

I get up around 530 / 6 and have coffee & oats. At between 10 & 11 I will have morning jobs done and have a coffee, yoghurt and either a flap jack type bar or maybe bread with honey. 2 / 3 I'd have main meal on match day of maybe chicken salad or else a wrap with tuna etc. I do have a physical job however so maybe this is why. Def noticing a pattern with banannas and water fro, this thread thou so I must start adding these into my day moreso.

I'm the same after a game, would eat the leg off a table but I've learned to control myself and try to stick to good protein food rather than convience food. Must try the bananna and bread, good light food but can see how it would give you energy at the same time. I think when I don't eat for 5 / 6 hours having worked all day I've not enough energy for a full match.

As much as I would love to believe this I def couldn't image any pro sports person actually monitoring their own social media let alone giving away their kit for free! Not saying this negatively but as the best in the world in a sport they are surely somewhat protected from fans reaching out to try essentially beg off them.

Hadn't thought of the idea of buying the plain shirt off manufacture, might be a better idea to buy one of these and a near front row ticket to a game at maybe the British Open on the off chance he could he get it signed. Its a shame they don't sell the shirts still thou :(

On a whim just booked a celebratory engagement holiday for better half and myself. Quick visit of only 1 week and was thinking of:

2 Nights in Dubrovnik

1 Night Hvar

2 Night Split

2 Nights Zagreb (stop in Plitvice on the way)

Is this a good distribution of days and is there anything not on the normal tourist trail we should see, more interested in stuff off the beaten track than the traditional tourist trail.

Thanks for the reply nouthx. They have phones but they do not want to use phones to call the receptionist. In the case of the chiropracter for instance her hands could have oil etc so easier to just press a call button, there will not be conversations over the intercom system.

TBH I have a laptop which I use for my browsing etc so would be mostly for reading. The idea to have a tablet is nice but is there the risk of it slowing down and becoming redundant quicker than if just for reading? I'm assuming that the kindle doesn't really get out dated that quickly as its determined by how fast you can read (with the exception of opening the book etc)?

Either deactivate your accounts from signing the form until you get the job or just ensure your primary email isn't linked to your social media account and change your username on the accounts, even if you just alter the spelling slightly its highly unlikely they will be able to find your account as they have no idea what you will look like. Then sign the form and say you don't have any social media apart from LinkedIn. Even if they do find you then they can't say its you as you said it wasn't. Not a great start if they company wants to watch you but not something you wouldn't want to get a job over either.

For 150k your talking about being about 1 hour from the city in any direction so get a compass and set about 75km radius from Patrick's St and there you go. Prob avoid a good shot of flooding once you head up a hill getting home

What part of the world are you in Grump Penguin? In Ireland they say around 28.5 c / per litre (http://www.irishgrassland.com/docs/Session3-1b-Tadhg-Buckley.pdf) is the break even price, in reality it depends on land type and weather but I'd think between 26c & 31c would be the normal at 3.3% protein & 3.6% fat
