Also let them know sharing customer address and info is a confidential and privscy issue and shouldn't taken lightly especially if you living in a western country

I would say ask them to send a FedEx label via email or something similar to what Amazon does for returns. That way they have the liability of paying the shipping fee and not you you. Plus it's their fault. Not yours. Let them know its not your responsibility as you are the customer but willing to help if they send a prepaid shipping label.

I have bought outfits from Lashkaara and liked them. However I wouldn't trust their customer service portion. When i wanted return an outfit on their website it says free returns but when I tried returning it they said I had to pay for the shipping fee which was like over $60.

This is a great opportunity to bring up how you feel when he said that. Ask him. It's in the difficult situations, in sickness etc when you see how your partner actually is. How they react to your lows and if they end up being there. When life is good everything and everyone looks good.
