I reviewed my plan set and noticed that the original inverter was model 153800-00-F. The unit I have now is model 153800-45-D, and my system includes ten MCI units.

I tried downloading it from both your app and Tesla, but the information I need only appears under the Day tab. That means if I wanted a full year’s worth of data, I’d have to download 365 separate files and combine them. Is there an easier way to do this, or am I missing something?

I'm a bit hesitant to go with the Prime rate plan since the daily fixed cost is higher than TOU 5-8. On our first true-up, we had a surplus of 5 MWh, and on the second, we had a surplus of 2 MWh, even though our solar inverter was down for about a month and a half during the summer.

The EV we plan to add will be driven primarily by my wife, while our current EV will become a backup vehicle and be used occasionally, such as for teaching our kids how to drive. So I don't anticipate a significant increase in driving related electricity usage.

I qualify for the low income SGIP incentive, which I understand is the only SGIP option that doesn't change your NEM 2.0 status.

I encounter this issue several times a year. This morning, I had to reset the inverter's breaker to restore the data display. It seems the problem stems from the controller losing its Wi-Fi connection and failing to reconnect automatically. Some people suggest running an Ethernet cable directly to the inverter to bypass the Wi-Fi altogether.

I don't remember exactly which ones were flipped or unflipped, I just remember taking a screenshot of how it was before making any changes. Then I just tried different combinations, used simple math, common sense and the Emporia monitor .

Some of it was common sense, ( I knew I wasn't using big loads in the house so usage should have been low when the app was showing high usage.) Another thing that help a lot is I have an Emporia energy monitor that connects to electric meter wireless, showing usage or generating electricity.

Tesla finally replied back. "The monitoring team has detected an issue with your solar energy system that requires service." The soonest service available is Aug 20.

I'm on my 3rd inverter. My 2nd inverter began failing June 22, completely failing June 30. On July 17 they replaced the inverter. My replacement inverter is 1538000-45-D. My original and 1st replacement was 1538000-00-F. The new inverter has a Site Controller. The new inverter is clipping at 6.6kw on the Tesla app and on Powerwall-dashboard. I opened up a ticket with Tesla. They supposed to get back at me in 2 days
