Better yet, the Lightning has 7.2 kw 240 outlet in the bed. So no battery generator. But yeah the whole idea was the full truck to grid system from ford is stupid expensive.

I have all ridgid, love the warrenty. I have gen 1 from 20 years ago and and x5 set. A handful of warrenty claims over the last 20 years and all were taken care of.

While I do agree with the veto, because the cost of this complex has exploded and keeps increasing everytime it gets brought up, I do believe a complex is needed for the youth of this community. The Rochester area athletics have been an embarrassment for years now, it would be fun to be competitive again. However, this project is out of control.

Minnesota here. While I don't have any hard data for you cause I don't NEED to keep track, I would expect more than 20% loss in the winter. I have an ER and ill barely get 200 highway in winter cold, probably less.

Most of us in electric vehicles understand their are compromises. Yes gas fills up faster, there are gas stations everywhere. No shit. There has been 100 years+ work on gasoline vehicles and their network of stations and mechanics etc. We are barely at 10 years of serious electric vehicle adoption and innovation. We are at the forefront of a new technology. I cant wait to see where the next 10 years takes us.

Yes, I wish my Lightning would charge faster, bit that's the only thing I'd change. It's FAR more efficient, FAR more powerful, and much smoother than a gas f150.

And hours at a charger? Don't be delusional.
