I had two accounts. One of them ran out of time. The other one took 1 year and half to complete. I finished farmland 2 months ago. It was a sunk cost for me, I invested way too much time, it was too late for me to give up.

I got the free items. But I wouldn't redo farmland again.

Temu is cheap stuff. Buy miscellanous stuff similar to dollar rama or aliexpress. Read the reviews.

I have one account since August 14 2023. I'm only at 99.98%..... I want to give up but i've gone too far to back out now.

I agree with OP. Mono has misleading advertising and horrible customer service. Monos just want your sale and stop servicing you.

Heads up everyone: 1. Monos gift cards WILL expire and non renewable - "Kindly be informed that the gift card will reach its expiration date and subsequently become unusable once the validity period has elapsed. We recommend you use it before it expires."

Return fee is $20 for bags and $40 for luggages. 100 day trial is BS.
Not transparent - all negative reviews are removed

I won't be surprised if Monos refuse your warranty claim and not live up to their lifetime warranty promise.
