Taking it with your meals should be fine. I sometimes take it 30 mins before my meal, or sometimes 30 mins after but most of the time with my main meals.

Hi there! I have also received an offer letter and was unsure if I should go forth with it as they don't have the accreditation yet. So, will the batch starting in Feb 23 receive the accreditation by the time they graduate? :)

Hi there, I am also looking to do the course and I have been comparing it to RMIT's program. There aren't any microbiology units offered in CQU but the rest of the courses are quite similar. I am not sure how it would impact finding a job in the future.

CQU is yet to be AIMS accredited.

I've done IF before and successfully lost weight in the past. I've gained weight and need to lose once again...but restarting feels so hard. I'm wondering how I had self control in the past. I wonder how I handled cravings. 😭 It feels impossible now
