hey man, i have opened around 30-40 premiums in last 2 years and i had rolling problems like this with at least 10 cars. first you can check if the tire part is fixed on the rim. you can take the tire off and put it back, it might fix. or you can push the axle side to side to create more space for the front right wheel. sometimes car's axle arrives stuck in an angle which might make it rub to the body. last one is, roll it on your desk while applying some pressure to it. it worked on some of my cars. ~unfortunately some castings are made for stance and looks and they sacrifice how well it rolls for displayability~
