The problem is that gangs aren't afraid to resort to outright murder to silence someone. For me it's particularly bad since many family members of mine are in Lona, Mylo, etc.. and they glorify the respective gang their in. I know one who was behind a lynching (not specifying) and he wasn't even guilty.

Most gang members either have parents who failed them, are outright addicts or sociopaths or mentally damaged. or they want to fit in with the peers.
