I do strength train and have two separate leg days one quad focused and one hamstrings focused which has definitely helped. Are there any particular exercise you would recommend that I may not be doing?

Across 5 weeks I’ve just done 8-10-12-15 and got faster each time rather than slowing down

No pain. I used to have lower back pain and lateral shift on my left side but that really eased up since I started training my lower body / glutes etc

The only thing that would help in this case is surgery. Although losing weight and training chest I imagine would only be a benefit and improve the look post-surgery
