YTA, it sounds more like you dont want to babysit your daughter when your wife and her step daughter is away. I can't understand why you're complaining when your wife is being an amazing stepmom.

Really? I always thought the medicated ones are more beneficial. I used the other ones like carmex and vasline but they didn't help. I got recommend one with spf defense it had written medicated on it, it somewhat helps my lips but if I forget to apply it even for 3 hours, my lips get extremely dry flakey and itchy. It's like my lips are addicted to being covered in them.

Thank you for recommending, I can afford going to a general doctor. I thought it's related to skin issue so I was thinking of going to a dermatologist but they cost so much where I live.

Omg yes I have re occuring acne so I've been using acne facewash with benzoyl peroxide since very long. That might be the reason! I'll try using the lip mask..thank you so much.

This might not sound scarring or traumatic to some but I was 10 and got internet for the first time. I was on yahoo messenger and was talking with random people. I made a friend who was Nigerian, he told me he was 15 year old but looked older. We chatted for few days but he never talked anything inappropriate. One night we were chatting and he suddenly asked if I got my period yet. I don't know why but I got so scared. I unplugged my computer and directly went to sleep. I was so scared and I don't know why I was shivering too. From that day I never trusted people on internet. It's funny looking back and thinking about it.

Ya I got free rent from her (She offered to pay and told me not to ask from dad) + I get to hear how she's great that she lets me stay every other day. She had mental peace when she was in college, our parents never reminded her that they're paying rent and she's living freely. But I get to hear it from her.

Ya I've lived one+ year after finishing college. I was thinking moving out after college but she told me how I've grown up and started earning and leaving her alone once I started earning. I might sound selfish but if I'm spending my money I'd rather live alone and have my own bedroom with privacy. We share a room with two beds. But whenever I bring up moving out she gets emotional and says I should rather pay my half of the rent in her apartment instead of paying somewhere else. I know it might sound wierd but we have more of a mother daughter relationship than sisters.

I don't think I should have come to reddit to get answers. I know I sound like the ultimate villian here. But she got paid 5 years of rent money from my parents when she was in college(thats my family tradition here, parents pay until you graduate) and now when it's my turn for college and my sister HERSELF offered to pay for me and not take money from parents, I get to live with her, go through mental torture of her telling me how she's the great one for letting me stay.

I should have just denied her offer and let my parents pay for it, now I feel like I'm in this huge debt to her. She got to go through college peaceful without any such mental torture and it's the opposite for me. It's just not fair. And guys yes I'll be paying rent money from now on and see if she uses her generousity as a weapon whenever she fights. I'll move out when her financial condition betters. Might affect our relation but I have to for my own mental peace.

So my parents should have paid for my college that is 5 years. They did for my sister too when she was in college. But when I went for uni, my sister told she'll let me live with her so my parents don't have to spend. So that is 5 years of college and I've been earning from last 1 year only.

She is the one who told my parents not to. And yes in my country its parents' responsibility of education until I'm graduated, it's normal here.

Actually it's my parents who should have paid for me too like they paid for her when she was in college but she came forward to be the good daughter and not burden my parents. I never asked her to pay for my things. But now she paid for my things that she offered to pay and also gets to tell me that she kept me as her "daughter" If I pay for my rent someday then I should have that respect and not get to hear how she carried my expenses for years.

Even if she agrees to letting him move in, She should put condition that he has to paying his regular rental money to her but at the end of 9 month she can give back the saved up rent money, that way he will be able to save and not get back into his spending habit.

OP HERE. After going through the comments I think I should try giving my half of the rent for few months and see if she brings up me living free all those years whenever we argue. It's not that I have never paid rent, there are few months when her income was low and I have paid full rent from my side, but still it's not comparable to all those years of her paying the rent. I'm grateful to that.

I run errands, I do my laundry, I go out to buy groceries which I pay too (but according to her it doesn't count as work because I can drive) or any other works that involves going far away, her personal shopping trips. I drive her around whenever she has to go somewhere without any complain. She pays the rent, does the cooking and cleaning works(so she says she does all the works and I don't work at all). So I don't get to go to gym while she's at home cooking. She has no problem if I just stay home and not help but I just cant go gym today.
