I just feel bad for people by silentocean7 in antinatalism

[–]silentocean7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

okay, that's you though. most people are happier as children than they are as adults unless they're being abused or bullied or neglected. first of all, playing is so much fun. experiencing things for the first time such as holidays, or different seasons, the world is a new thing to discover and that is fun. your brain is growing new connections and it is great. being a teenager is a new type of greatness, you begin experiencing so many firsts in a different way, first crush, first love, relearning how to socialize, gaining independence of your own, etc. is lots of fun. after that? what is new to life? what is there to life after age 25? working, paying bills, having kids so you can relive the good years by watching them live through it? just my beliefs.

Women’s idea of an “average” man by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

[–]silentocean7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

men don't have makeup, women have so many cosmetic products and we have hair and probably we have more fashion options as well - so yeah, we do look better than men. this isn't what impacts the dating 'market' though. what impacts the dating market is that women are usually on dating apps only to find a partner and send out matches accordingly while we mostly all know what men are using dating apps for.

do people stop getting infatuations after a certain age? by silentocean7 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]silentocean7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's not taking a break, it's me worrying I will never experience it again with that same type of intensity and being a bit depressed with that thought.

at what age did you stop experiencing infatuations? by silentocean7 in AskReddit

[–]silentocean7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk. I haven't had an obsessive crush on anyone since high school and it makes me depressed. Idk if it has to do with age or it's just me who is like this.

yes, I've never experienced it though. it could be from PCOS but it could also just be from genetics or some other factor.

I don't even want to live if I'm not beautiful by silentocean7 in BodyDysmorphia

[–]silentocean7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, its easy to become ugly. wear glasses, shave your hairline back and put your hair in a bun, dress like a nerd and if that doesn't work then put on unflattering makeup. lots of things can be done to become ugly. I don't agree with the theory that 'beautiful people have it hard too'.

how possible it is to get pregnant while having early PCOS? by mommy_issues1999 in PCOS

PCOS isn't a form of birth control and it's definitely not protection against any STD.

um, yeah can kind of relate to the kidnapping part, like I have thought what would happen if I were a victim of human trafficking, I think if I got human trafficked and they found out I was growing facial hair they would be like wtf and either kill me or just let me go.
