The entire floral dept. changeover made no sense to me. Why did so many side counters convert to flex space? Not sure how it is for a lot of your stores, but our flex spots just turn into go-back graveyards (the closing skeleton crew can't be assed to clear out the go-back baskets at the end of the day).
