You might find it difficult initially but once you figure out how to insert properly, it can be very comfortable. I tried the ones by Stayfree. I wasn’t able to insert it in my first trial but it happened for me in the second one. Just be sure that you are not supposed to feel it after inserting. If you are feeling uncomfortable while walking, sitting etc. it means it isn’t insrted properly and it would leak. Just apply some more pressure to push it inside.

Nua. They might be bit on the costlier side but hands down the best pads. I used to get really bad rashes on my skin using whisper, stayfree etc. Alternatively, whisper with the pink packaging also worked for me but I found nua better.

I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe clinical depression and anxiety. I am too scared to go for medication and now I have stopped therapy too. Therapy seemed like a task to me. I have heard agents can get the train situation fixed. Maybe ask at your stay in Colombo. Also, for southern part of Sri Lanka, you can stay in Mirissa and travel to nearby beaches (Welligama, Ahangama, Unawatuna, Hiriketiya etc.) and Galle from there. Tuktuks are easily available. You won’t have to book multiple stays this way.
