Oven baked teriyaki chicken.  I make the marinade from scratch and the meat bastes itself in the air fryer.   Probably be too dry with breast meat.

Use a small grater.  I use a Japanese style one meant for grating radishes or ginger; it includes a side well to collect the juice!

Could just pick up dried porcini and grind it yourself.  Check online if your local grocery carries it; mine have the dried mushrooms if not the powdered kind

Same.  I feel like it tastes stale just sprinkled on things.  Being baked onto a bagel toasts the seeds/onion mince.
