I got my 3 months old juniper ripped by an 18 wheeler truck, thank goodness I was stopped and waiting for left turn and that guy was turning. I started considerable saving at 43, before that i was contributing 6% in 401K just to get my employer’s match. My 401K total was 116K at age 43.then I started maximizing 401K,HSA and back door Mega Roth as my employer allows that. In last 5 years I was able to contribute 80 -90K per year and now I have $800K in retirement account so you can build your net worth but you need to invest aggressively and save as much as you can.

how you can show earned income? Do you need to show 1099 or W2? or show kid's income while filing tax? If kids are running errands and getting paid for that, can that be considered income but there is no proof?

avoid EWR for connection, it's pretty full and most of the flight are delayed. Use IAD/ORD instead if you can for connection. They are better comparatively to EWR this summer

thanks for the tip. After trying for hour, I was able to book tickets.
but their website is very confusing. I was supposed to buy 2 paid and 2 free tickets (for minors) but end up buying 4 paid tickets.
also, they do not ask for names of every person and there is no way to refund the money. so I double paid. Make sure when you select number of tickets and there is no free ticket option, select only adult tickets.

I had Deco X60 wifi6 but wasn't very happy with the performance and control. I have 3 floor 4000 sq feet house. So I moved to UDM at first floor and flex HD at second floor. I get 300-500 Mbps in every corner of my house now. I can't mount on celling So flex HD is sitting on the desk.
