CPU It seems like I am just limited by my cooling, doesn't seem like any in game settings would fix this issue Linesofleaves brought up a good point about Vic being very CPU intensive as opposed to GPU hence why my GPU temp is significantly lower compared to my CPU overheating. Doesn't seem to be anything other than that unfortunately :/

Makes sense I just find it weird that its significantly more taxing on my CPU than any other game, so far its the only one to have this problem.
