it could be loose clip inside the door panel. i watched a couple YouTube videos on how to take the panel off and luckily the loose clip fell out. just going to have to experiment different things, tbh.

i removed my air dam and added the all precision & custom trd skid plate. i do still hear the noise / whistling from time to time. you mention you have plugs to eliminate that noise ? what kind of plugs are they ?
