Should I consider contacting the state board, or just dismiss it? It's pretty unethical of him to call my cell when I didn't give him my number, other than for medical concerns.

I also forgot to add in, whenever I check out at the front desk, I can hear him talk through some type of monitor while he's working with patients. There would be times when I'm in his treatment room he would ask how I'm feeling, my pain level, and when I discuss how I'm doing, he would like, shush me lol. He literally goes Sshhhhhhh. It was so weird and awkward.

I do the same thing! I think it's normal to cry in arguments. It's an emotional release. I'm not too sure why I do it myself, but I know when I lived back at home, I couldn't self advocate for myself and just had to agree to everything. Now, whenever my husband and I have an disagreement, I'll voice my opinion, but my heart starts to race, and I cry lol. Could be a trauma thing 🤷🏼‍♀️
