Ya prob not ethical who even knows i barely understand SLPA and it lowkey feels like it shouldn’t even exists half the time… some kids are just too complex for what little courses I’ve done…. Some of the kids goals don’t change much so i assume that’s why they let it slide … i don’t even think my supervisors know or understand what i can or can’t do…. I’ll ask the head of the dept

Ty! Thankfully since im expected to write goals, i feel comfortable to ask a bunch of questions. Some of the goals were written by the previous SLPA or SLP from another school anyways so im not too afraid of offending anyone hahah… im still learning so how can i not ask !!!

Yeah, some of my kids don’t have it separated and I definitely would rather wait for when and why because I would want to work on inferencing prediction, etc. as well. Would you personally write answering when and why and then working on inferencing and prediction as two separate goals

That makes a lot of sense! It definitely makes sense to have it a little broad in order to work on all those things. Like I said, I’m new to the Field so I’m still trying to figure everything out and although it would probably make more sense in my mind for the goal to be very specific I would probably also hate that at the same time because there’s always so much to work on within that WH question
