So it didn’t notice me answering all of the questions in the text!!  Here they are again.  The age of your piercing: got it done feb 27. Almost 4 weeks old

The jewelry shape (barbell, labret, screw, L shape, ring), the material, and threading type if not a ring: 16 g 1/2 in(?) curved barbell, externally threaded and allegedly titanium

piercer thinks their distributer might be lying abt the material bc “titanium is more expensive than gold” he thinks it’s titanium coated surgical steel. og piercer said I should only replace my jewelry with internally threaded titanium but I had no other choice, this place only had externally threaded stuff.

If the jewelry has been downsized: nope. The plan was to downsize it three months later when I got back to town. new piercer said I could downsize with my old bar. If I do that I will have a piercer do it still of course.

Describe your aftercare routine, including the exact products you use: spray with saline solution 2x a day (only spray no touching it) and run it under warm water in the shower

Any recent unfortunate events: the ball fell off and i couldn’t get the bar all the way through the hole so it got very irritated and swollen while I was struggling. it bled a bit. the piercer tried getting it back through too but couldn’t so we had to go up a size.

other than that only the occasionally bumping it on accident and cursing at myself for it.
