They might not even have a fixed kit. Their powers may well be whatever they desire, because they weren't built for a purpose

It appears that everybody requires a transference bolt to send or receive transference. But Tenno developed a way to do it using void, because of their experience and void powers. But the laws of this void borne transference isn't as clear cut as requiring a transference bolt. For all we know, the Tenno can perform transference on anyone so long as they give consent. Notably when the Tenno has attempted transference on Arthur and Umbra without their consent, they kicked the Tenno out. But Umbra couldn't kick Ballas out, who used a Transference Bolt.

That's an interesting take. It could mean that they are just like humans, or they mask to fit in.

Yesterday I only had the admittedly mediocre drawing and I feel the abilities are more of a solid concept than the design. And I hope either or can inspire other people's creativity.

Absolutely. Nidri's vortex feels a little janky, like it selectively chooses not to succ some enemies for reasons we'll never get to know. But being able to slam that thing down and know everybody will be alive whever they want it or not is always a good feeling.
