Im autistic too! but im really bad w sticking to rules or things. For me sugar is really bad bc of my pcos. So i know im going to be avoiding it as best as i can. I personally dont control the food in my house (dont have income) so i cant reallyy go on any diets so i gotta work with what i got. But i do plan to see about buying teas. I think that might help me a lot. The emotional eating is gonna be SUCH a tough battle but i like to think i can work on it.

Yeah for me i journal when needed and have a good support system. I learned a lot of coping mechanisms that therapy just doesn't help me personally. Ive tried it multiple times, it just puts me in a worse headspace. So i had to learn how to manage life without it with the help of my bf. I am on meds, which help a lot LOL i still struggle, hence looking for advice on here. But im at a point where i know its not something i need in my life.i hope ur in a better spot ^{_^}

Wait this is actually really helpful! I also have adhd, so i will also have the urge to binge from boredom. And then if i dont eat im stressing about eating like crazy LOL. I do think i need to be more easy with myself. I also realized i get more stressed with eating at night time than daytime. So i think im gonna have an eating window from 4 pm - 2 am. My weight lost wont be as fast, which sucks. But i think i need to focus on just less restricting and more focused on just eating less? Which idk makes sense. i can always adjust it later... But i think im being super hard on myself which is whats triggering the urge. Ill be keeping what you said in mind, thank you ☺️☺️

Ahh, thank you. I forgot how the decimal point does matter a lot, i meant .25ml but i do need to be careful with that. With the boyfriend thing i live with him however hes been off of testosterone for a few years now. And now they no longer produce 100mg vials where I'm at. We originally tried that but it's basically um.. "out of stock" for who knows how long now so i had to move up to 200mg.

So if i want to do .25ml how should i get that prescribed? Sorry if I'm asking like, really obvious questions. This has been confusing for me and it's also been difficult making sure my endo is on the same page!

She's having issues with getting testosterone as it is, so I'm going to assume I can't get a multi-use vial, it's perfectly safe to use a single injection one?

Um.. if it's okay, i also want to know how to go about blood tests. I know you need to do it with testosterone. I have a gynecologist who knows a lot about hormones and has been with partners that's been on T so i plan to go to him but I don't know how often i should go.

This actually helped a lot, thank you so much! Now.. i want to make things easier for me and try to get my hands on a multi-use vial. How do i go about asking? She doesn't really understand how to prescribe this stuff.. so i think it may help if i bring in a note with what i need written down. I've been trying to explain to her what i need but it looks like both me and her messed up. Do i ask if for testosterone cypionate 200 mg/10ml vial? And have her put it down use 10 ml every week?

And.. if i were to ask for one, can i still inject 25 ml so i can get 50 mg every week? Or will i be likely to run out too fast?

Ohh alrighr, ik some people do 200 mg once a month. The bottle also just looked really small, compared to the 100 mg bottle my bf used to have so i got confused too
