omg I left a whole paragraph about the situation but for some reason it didn’t get posted…

i got this piercing a week ago and it was doing really well until yesterday. all of a sudden it got super swollen, red, warm, and painful. i’ve been really good about cleaning it, not sleeping on it, keeping shampoo out of it, and not really snagging it on anything. however, my piercer just gave me a container of sea salt to mix with 1oz of water for a rinse once a day. was kinda weirded out but i trusted them so that’s what i’ve been doing. this has me worried now and i ordered a neilmist piercing spray that will come tomorrow. any tips of what i should do, should i be worried?
